3Deposits & Withdrawals

4Bonuses & Promotions

Dha888 bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Before claiming any bonus, please also read the separate terms of the relevant promotion.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x (bonus amount × 15).
• Bonus validity period: 30 days from the date of claim.
• Maximum bet per round from bonus funds: 20% of the bonus amount or ৳500 — whichever is lower.
• Maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings: ৳5,000 or 5x the free spin win amount — whichever is lower.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not eligible to claim bonuses.

Dha888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Members will be notified in advance if the terms of an active bonus are changed.

5Game Rules & Betting Terms

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting on dha888:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by an independent third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, dha888 will void the bet for that round and return the balance.
• If your internet connection drops and the game result has already been determined, that result will stand.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is generally voided and the stake is returned.
• Placing bets against yourself on the same game or market (hedging) is not permitted when using bonuses.

6Responsible Gaming

Dha888 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be a source of financial hardship. That's why we make the following tools available to all members:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours up to 6 months).
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — your account can be permanently closed at any time upon request.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Dha888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Using a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or attempting to damage the platform.
• Operating an account while under 18 years of age.

Before closing an account, dha888 will generally give the member an opportunity to explain. However, in cases of serious fraud, action may be taken without prior notice.
